High School Musical

High School Musical is one of the most successful, made for television, films telecast on the Disney Channel.

Telecast all over the world during 2006, High School Musical made its two leading characters, Troy and Gabriella immensely popular.

The film had all the elements that would appeal to its young audience, from music, dance and teen romance to school drama and sport.

Troy was the basketball captain of East High School and Gabriella the shy but scholastically brilliant new girl. High School Musical is about their life at school and how they eventually audition and win the lead roles in the school concert.

Mattel has produced a DVD board game on this hit Disney Channel television film. Based on the Sing along version of the film there is also a Karaoke CD.
